Do I interpret correctly if I say it is the same as previously named Hemitaeniochromis sp. 'insignis big eye'?
Discovery consists of looking at the same thing as everyone else and thinking something different

Yes, you are correct. The single specimen on which Hemitaeniochromis sp. 'insignis big eye' was based, is the paratype of H. brachyrhynchus.
