Could someone tell me what the etymology of the word sajica is?

Dear Lisa,

sajica stands for Salvador Jiménez Canossa. He was head of the Libary of Congress in Costa Rica and a friend of Bill Bussing, who described the species.

Costa Rica does not have a "Library of Congress"
Are you referring to a university library in Costa Rica or Library of Congress in USA dealing with Costa Rica documents?
