Yes, I saw that, I wonder how that is all going to work out? I very glad to hear they are at least trying to get something in place.

I was in Metangula 2010 to look at cichlids and saw the WWF people training locals at the old airstrip there.

That time I didn't have time to have a talk with them or head of military there. Only spoke with mayor (word?) of Metangula.
So they are starting something...

Hope to get a chance to talk with them on next trip there, hopefully should be this year.
