Where can I buy an English copy of 'Endemic Cichlids of...'

Where can I buy an English copy of 'The Endemic Cichlids of Madagascar' http://www.cichlidae.com/review.php?id=38

I'm having trouble finding sellers, and would preferably want to buy from a North American seller but if they are only available shipped overseas that will be fine.

So far I found these two sellers. The first one looks the most promising but is pricey for shipping (I calculated it to be approximately $90usd including shipping to USA):

I was honestly surprised that I didn't find it available on ebay or aquabid... Not even on the French or UK ebay websites!

Shipping from Chicago would certainly be cheaper! Who is he though...? In other words, is he a reliable person to deal with? (Such as a fellow hobbyist with extra copies of the book, book seller, etc?).

I thought about it but I don't speak french and don't feel comfortable mailing in an order form overseas, and because I don't speak french it wouldn't make sense to call.

If they had a shopping cart system or an ebay or paypal account I definitely would consider ordering directly from them though...

You can pay with a credit card without any problem.
You can send a mail to Roland Staub (Email adress in the previous link) he 'll have no problem to translate from english.

Mike Schadel is extremely reliable. He is a fellow hobbyist, and a book seller. I would not hesitate to contact him.

Got a reply from Mike, said he sold out a long time ago and to check with a friend of his who owns Finley Aquatic Books. Now I am waiting for a reply from him, and if he doesn't have it I'll just email the French Cichlid Association website and get a quote from them and decide whether to purchase from them or the british website (total cost will determine who I choose).

I ordered my copy through Email from Roland Staub at the French Cichlid Assn with a credit card, and the only thing I know in french is melange et tois (probably didn't even spell it right).
Great book.

I'm not getting a reply from Finley Books. I'll email the F.C.A. soon and get a price quote from them soon if I order from them.
