Revised pond plan

Dimensions will be the same only it will be 1 foot longer (most of this space will be taken up by a fountain.) would it be ok to have the following fish, PBass Aruana pike cichlid, oscar, turtle, and a bichir??? many of these i doubt would work, just need your input. oh the pond will be about fifteen inches deep instead. a ray wouldnt work would it?
