I have been battling the disease I see in my fish but at first thought it was for parasites and treated with copper for a month now another fish has reflected the same symptom and I will try to medicate with drugs to bacteria but I am lost, I will try to raise water temperature if I have some improvement. who can help me and I will be grateful I have them in a hospital tank. and this is how it looks...

We call that disease in our country a red spot fish disease. It kills a lot of fishes because it infects the other fishes mixed with the one that has the disease. We usually put a little amount of salt in water to kill this disease. I am not sure about putting salt and I don't know why my friends are putting salt to the water but they say it can cure and prevent fish diseases.

that is one heck of a sore/wound. if its a parasite, salt with temp of about 86 degrees can kill it off. dont know if that works for internal ones. it looks more like a serious infection from getting hurt.
what is it housed with and what is the water like?
my wife was getting sick fish some and i know it was from poor water. since i started changing her water they have been much better.
