Hi,
I have a Cichlid and now my Cichlid is growing a bubble out of her but.She is in 20g aquarium.I am adding salt water and changing about 25% of the water every week and the water is kept warm at all times.Please help me release her pain.

I think a picture would help in this case.
What temperature are you keeping it "warm" at all time?

You should provide more information about it. So we can think on it and give answer. Without picture, i can not give perfect solution for it. So write some details on it.

How many fish are in there?
Tiyr readings, ammonia, nitrite and nitrates?
And yes, a pic would help a great deal. It could be some form of parasite.
