Front Has a swollen belly not bloat

Help the stomach of my front can be seen or the skin was split open with a black tumor or lump, the fish is still active and eating but with this condition what is this any treatments?

Can't tell from the pictures, any chance you can get another shot or two, not so close, maybe one from the side and one from the belly as the previous shots?

It looks though something is protruding from its belly?

will do as soon as i get a better camera yup there is a black lump that feels like pebble that is protruding
but the fish is still healthy and eating
