can amano shrimp get or tansfer ick??

I got some cory fry a few days ago and they have ick, didn't see it til I got home, luckily there are only shrimp in this tank. I'm doing a temp treatment in the tank and moving cories to hospital tank, do I need to treat the shrimp too????? I know without a fish host and 80 temp the tank they were in will be cleared of ick in 4-5 days, but want to be sure that the shrimp can't keep ick alive in that tank. Thanks
