First I would move the fish to a smaller hospital tank.

I've "cured" bloat using nothing but Epsom salts and stop feeding. Don't change the water temperature, stop feeding, and add about a quarter cup (2 ounces or about 60 grams) per ten gallons of water. do a water change every other day and add Epsom salts for the amount of water you remove.

If you've caught it early enough this should work.

Good luck.

I follow the treatment until they are better - a week or two. Epsom Salts are not toxic so it does not pose a threat to the fish if used long term.
