Sexing Young Apistos

I'm redoing my 20g tank and I'm planning on getting a pair of either A. cacatuoides or A. borellii. I haven't decided which to get but I'd like know how tell the small males from the females? There are a couple of obvious males but the rest look very similar. Also any tips on keeping either of these guys would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Well I decided on two borellii and I think I got a male and female.... but we'll see. Anyway does anyone have any tips to keep these guys happy?
