I want to breed discus

i have a 4 foot tank i wanted to get some discus breeding in. In a 200 litre tank, could that house 1 or 2 breeding pairs? To aquire a breeding pair whats the best way to go about it? Raising from from juvenile's or trust the lfs sexing on the fish? any distinguishable signs of sexing discus? i heard that the genital papilla of a male is pointed and a female is round, what is the genital papilla? sorry im a bit amateur
and are there any easy ways of telling a discus sex in laymans or basic terms
