Apparently the are different forms of Sarotherodon galilaeus. The upper and lower fish look like variants of the nominate form S. galilaeus galilaeus, the middle fish may be of the subspecieces S. galilaeus boulengeri judging from another photo I have seen. However, I'm not entirely shure. Do you know the locality where they are from?

The middle picture has probably been made in Paris (Aquarium de la Porte Dorée) so, probably Tilapia louka

Philippe, I agree that it is the same Tilapia species which is figured on your website (having checked back my sources, I found that I was completely wrong with Sarotherodon g. boulengeri), but I am not so sure if this is really T. louka, at least it is apparently not the species figured in Lamboj's book under that name. But there is certainly not enough known on the variability of life colours of this and related species.
