Hi Jody,
It looks like some time of Species Red to me. While they have been called moorii in the past, today they are Tropheus Sp. Red, and then you will have to figure out what the collection site is going to be.
Could be moliro or ndole?? I am not sure by the pic, there are three or 4 others close in this group.
