My yellow labs just bred. What should I do with the female?

Matt,
Well that is up to you....
You can leave her in the tank and let her spit there, generally females will hold 21 - 28 days.
You can remove her to a tank of her own, but it would probably be best if you wait about 14 days, that way if she spits when you catch her, you will still be able to raise the fry.
Strip her right now, and hatch the fry yourself, by tumbling the eggs. There are plenty of questions with answers on Ask Pam about how to strip fry.
