Now the million dollar question...

Postby ABENSO » Thu Jan 24, 2008 9:52 am

So what are your thoughts on a community tank of mbunas as follows:

2 Rustys

2 labidochromis sp hongi's

2 pseudotropheus sp. elongatus chewere

2 cynotilapia afra (jalo reef)

2 psudotropheus sp. "zebra long pelvic"

2 pseudotropheus demasoni's

obviously, with many places to hide etc. Would be a 55gallon tank. just any thoughts you have on what you think the success of this tank would have would be great.

thanks again.

Hi Abenso!

Sure that sounds great! Consider that demasoni really do better in groups of at least 6. To make room for more you can cut one species, and the most aggressive one on your list is L. sp. hongi, so that is the best one to delete.
